THE STUDY OF HEAT TRANSFER INTENSITY AND AERODYNAMIC DRAG INSIDE A FLAT PIPE

It is know that a heat exchange tube with flat-oval profile has excellent thermal and aerodynamic characteristics in contrast to round tube. Thus, the same planes, flat significant increase efficiency compared tube, which widely used industry. However, at present, there are limited number of publications on study transfer aerodynamics inside pipe.
 In this paper, we present methodology results drag pipe, describe experimental stand for such studies.
 The experiments performed flowing wind tunnel an internal diameter 36 mm, operating open-loop circuit. working medium air drawn from laboratory room. prototype was steel pipe profile, 320 mm long, 30x15 cross section, 2 wall thickness.
